On May 16, 2005, the Personnel Committee, Bill, Rich, Jerry, and myself met to <br />discuss this position and situation. Following this May 16 meeting, a new Job Analysis Questionnaire <br />(JAQ) was completed by Jerry Davis. This JAQ was reviewed by Jerry's supervisor Rich Czech and <br />was deemed to be an accurate reflection of Jerry's duties and responsibilities. <br /> <br />This JAQ was sent to PDI (consulting firm) for evaluation. PDI subsequently established a point <br />ranking of 58 for this position. This point ranking of 58 is identical to the previously established <br />point ranking for the Ice Arena Maintenance Supervisor. <br /> <br />After discussions with some of the above listed staff members and further review of this position <br />and situation, I have decided to reject the comparable worth point ranking appeal for Ice Arena <br />Maintenance Supervisor Jerry Davis. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br />s: \ADMIN\P A T\2005 \Davis Appeal.doc <br />
