Public improvements include streets, sidewalks, and utilities. The improvements have <br />been inspected by city staff, and it has been determined they meet the standards described in city codes and <br />policies. <br /> <br />The developments noted below have met the standards and their respective improvements are accepted as of the <br />date noted. <br /> Tranquil Meadows October 13, 2022 <br />th <br /> Miske Meadows 7 Addition November 4, 2022 <br /> <br />Council acceptance of the public improvements begins the two-year warranty period described in the development <br />agreement.
