Of <br />Diver Resolution 22-73 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of <br />Ordinance #22-28 an Ordinance Adopting the 2023 Master Fee Schedule <br />WHEREAS, on November 21, 2023 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 22-28 <br />approving the 2023 Master Fee Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City <br />Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and <br />WHEREAS, the 2023 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, <br />Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River <br />Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the <br />Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours — <br />8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 22-28 and that Ordinance 22-28 shall become effective January 1, 2023. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Christianson <br />and duly seconded by Councilmember WesMgaard, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof.
