Of Diver Resolution 22-73 A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication of Ordinance #22-28 an Ordinance Adopting the 2023 Master Fee Schedule WHEREAS, on November 21, 2023 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 22-28 approving the 2023 Master Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the City Code and to comply with Minnesota Statutes 462.353, sub.4; and WHEREAS, the 2023 Master Fee Schedule lists fees and charges for Administrative, Financial, Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk River Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at the Office of the City Clerk, City of Elk River, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 22-28 and that Ordinance 22-28 shall become effective January 1, 2023. The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember Christianson and duly seconded by Councilmember WesMgaard, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof. May or Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, Westgaard, Beyer, and Wagner and the following against: None, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, Wesrg and Beyer- and Wagner and the following absent: None.
