<br />RESOLUTION 05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE <br />PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN <br />THE MATTER OF THE WACO STREET AND UTLITY <br />IMPROVEMENT OF 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS the City Council has determined that municipal utilities and a permanent urban style <br />street should be constructed on Waco Street between County Road 30 and <br />approximately 1,000 feet north; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota: <br /> <br />1. Terry J. Maurer, City Engineer is hereby designated as Project Engineer for this <br />improvement. The Project Engineer is directed to prepare plans and specifications for the <br />making of the improvement and the solicitation of competitive bids. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of November, 2005. <br /> <br />Stephanie A.
