Economic Development Authority Minutes Page 3 <br />October 17, 2022 <br />----------------------------- <br />The Golden Shovel website traffic has increased. <br /> <br />The EDA recessed at 5:55 p.m. and reconvened in work session at 5:57 p.m. <br /> <br />th <br />8.1 Land Use Considerations at 13566 and 13530 185 Street <br /> <br />Mr. O’Neil presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Hardin received a request to ask if the EDA would consider multi-family <br />housing on the three acres for sale near Westbound Liquor. <br /> <br />Commissioner Westgaard asked if it would be strictly multi-family or a mixed-use <br />development. <br /> <br />Mr. O’Neil stated it would be a stand-alone multi-family development. <br /> <br />th <br />After some discussion, the consensus of the commission was the land at 185 Street <br />should be developed for commercial use as originally planned. <br /> <br />8.
