We have received 29 applications and have <br />interviewed most of them as they were received. Following successful completion of the background, physical, and <br />psychological testing we recommend Bailey Roscoe to the position of police officer. <br /> <br />Ms. Roscoe holds an associates degree in law enforcement and has worked as a loss prevention officer at Scheels <br />and is currently working as a community service officer for the Waite Park Police Department. She is excited for <br />the opportunities Elk River has to offer. <br /> <br />Ms. Roscoe will start at pay step 1 of the union contract.
