U <br />Resolution 22-62 <br />A Resolution Approving a Conveyance of Certain Property <br />to Ran Properties, L.L.C. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River ("City") desires to convey the certain property located in the <br />City to RAN Properties L.L.C. ("Buyer") pursuant to the terms and legal descriptions provided in <br />the Real Estate Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") attached hereto as Exhibit; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed conveyance and has <br />determined that it is consistent with the City's comprehensive plan; <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that the conveyance to "Buyer" as provided in the Agreement is in the <br />public's interest and furthers the aims and purposes of the City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: The Agreement is hereby approved and the Mayor, City Clerk and City <br />Administrator are hereby authorized to execute and deliver all necessary documents required under <br />the terms of the Agreement. <br />Passed and adopted this 7th day of November, 2022. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tina Allard", -City Clerk <br />WJ.Dieyor <br />222902v1 <br />
