We received 55 applications and <br />interviewed eight candidates. Following background and reference checks and pre-employment testing, we <br />recommend Daniel Hampton for this position. <br /> <br />In addition to being an Elk River Firefighter, Mr. Hampton has worked as a grounds technician for the <br />Robbinsdale School District since 2015. He is a Certified Playground Safety Inspector and holds a Class B <br />Commercial Driver’s License. <br /> <br />Mr. Hampton will start at step A of the IUOE Local 49 labor contract.
