Planning Commission Meeting <br />During the public hearing, no one spoke for or against the request and staff has not received any comments since <br />the commission meeting. <br />The Planning Commission had no questions or concerns about the request and unanimously recommended <br />approval. <br />After the Planning Commission meeting, the applicant indicated they are also looking for storage of materials <br />related to the services their business offers such as rock, mulch, dirt, gravel, etc. Based on the location of the <br />storage area, the berming/landscaping, surrounding vegetation, and distances to existing homes staff does not <br />have any concern with this request.
