TASK DESCRIPTION <br />2.0 PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br />Assumptions: <br />- Construction limits will be included on the layout and considered 30%design. <br />- Major drainage features will be shown on the layout and will include a storm sewer <br />system along with any additional ponding or treatment requirements needed for <br />the new curb & gutter/ boulevard section and future trail accommodations. <br />- Layout with future trail will be developed to study with sufficient detail to <br />understand impacts and costs. The single layout alternative will be based on the <br />preferred concept based on PMT input and County decision. (Assumes no 3D <br />element to layout, 2D only.) <br />- No revisions to the CATEX document are anticipated. Future trail considerations will <br />not be covered in the CATEX, design tables, typical sections or other required NEPA <br />documents. <br />Client Deliverables: <br />- County authorize SRF to move forward with Amendment #2. <br />- Countyto provide additional topographical survey shots along south side of CSAH <br />33 between TH 169 and Auburn St. (Previously completed and added to project <br />files). <br />- Countyto provide additional topographical survey shots along north side of CSAH <br />33 between Auburn St and Trott Brook (if deemed necessary) to coverthe <br />proposed alignment shift for CSAH 33. <br />- Review of updated graphics and documents, as necessary. <br />2.1 Review existing survey data and update existing 3D model to incorporate additional <br />preliminary survey work. Update existing base files for project design. <br />2.2.1 Project Management- Environmental Document <br />2.2.11 Right-of-way. Recompute the number of parcels affected and amounts (permanent <br />easements, permanent right-of-way, temporary easements) resultingfrom shifting <br />CSAH 33 north. Update previous right-of-way impact figures. <br />2.2.15 Construction and Highway Traffic Noise. Review previous traffic noise analysis <br />started in 2021 and make adjustments for proposed centerline shift east of Quincy <br />Street. Assumes noise abatement measures do not meet MnDOT reasonableness <br />or feasibility criteria.
