to this Agreement caused by the acts or omissions of CATERER. This indemnification provision shall <br />survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 12 <br />INSURANCE AND LICENSES <br />CATERER shall purchase and maintain such insurance as will protect the CATERER from <br />such operations are by the CATERER or anyone directly employed by them, or by anyone for whose acts <br />or omissions of them may be liable. <br />CATERER shall secure the following coverage and comply with all provisions as noted. <br />Certificate of Insurance shall be issued evidencing such coverage to the City of Maple Grove and the <br />BOARD throughout the term of this Agreement. <br />CATERER is responsible to file with the MGCC Manager a comprehensive general liability <br />policy or a Certificate of Insurance on an occurrence basis, issued by an insurance company authorized to <br />do business in Minnesota, shall include, but not limited to, the following minimum coverage: <br />Commercial General Liability Insurance (minimum levels listed below) <br />$2, 000,000 Each Occurrence <br /> $300,000 Damages to Rented Premises (Each Occurrence) <br /> $10,000 Medical Expense (Any One Person) <br /> $100,000 Personal and Advertising Injury <br /> $2,000.000 General Aggregate <br /> $2,000,000 Products-Comp/Ops Aggregate <br /> <br /> <br /> $100,000 E.L. Each Accident <br /> $100,000 E.L. Disease EA Employee <br /> $500,000 E.L. Disease Policy Limit <br /> <br />(1) The above minimum limits shall apply for an entity with a single location. For an <br />entity with multiple locations, the minimum general and product aggregate limits shall <br />be $2,000,000. State your status as to whether you are a single or multiple location <br />entity on the certificate of insurance. <br />(2) Should the policy be canceled or not renewed for any cause prior to expiration date <br />thereof, the issuing company shall mail a thirty (30) day written notice to the MGCC <br />Manager, except such notice shall be ten (10) days for non-payment of premium. <br />(3) The City of Maple Grove and the BOARD shall be named as an additional insured on <br />the Certificate of Insurance. <br />(4) Cancellation or expiration of an insurance policy or Certificate of Insurance required <br />in this section and failure to provide another insurance policy or certificate of such <br />9 <br /> <br /> <br />
