City Council Minutes <br />September 19.2022 <br />Page 4 <br />Moved by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to continue Item 7.4 regarding the Conditional Use Permit: <br />Development of Multi -Family Planned Unit Development, Jackson Hills <br />Phase II), Briggs Companies — PID 75-134-2305 to the October 17, 2022, City <br />Council meeting. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.5 Administrative Subdivision: Beaudry Elk River Addition <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz continued the public hearing to October 3, 2022. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to continue Item 7.5 regarding the Administrative Subdivision: <br />Beaudry Elk River Addition to the October 3, 2022, City Council meeting. <br />Motion Carried 5-0. <br />8.1 Resolution for Great Northern Trail Regional Trail Designation <br />Gina Hugo, Sherburne County Parks Coordinator, presented the staff report. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to adopt Resolution 22-54 supporting regional trail designation for <br />the Great Northern Trail (GNT). Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.2 2022-2023 Season Contract with the Minnesota Squatch <br />Mr. Dalton presented the staff report. <br />Council expressed concerns with the current proposed contract. Council directed <br />staff to review the contract with the city attorney and bring back the revised contract <br />to the next City Council meeting on October 3, 2022. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to continue the consideration of the 2022-23 Season Contract <br />with the Minnesota Squatch Tier III junior hockey team for ice and facility <br />use at the Furniture and Things Community Event Center to October 3, 2022 <br />and authorize staff to temporarily approve the Minnesota Squatch to utilize <br />the Furniture and Things Community Event Center with their concessioner <br />until October 3 at which time Council will review the year -long contract. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />8.3 On -Sale 3.2 Liquor and Wine Licenses: The Confluence LLC dba Edge <br />Bar & Boutique <br />P O/ E I E I 1 1 <br />NA TURD <br />
