CATERER understands and agrees that all of the data created, collected, received, stored, used, <br />maintained, or disseminated by CATERER in performing its obligations under this Agreement is subject <br />to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13, as, amended, and that <br />CATERER must comply with the requirements thereof as if it were a government entity. CATERER <br />further understands and agrees that the remedies set forth in Minn.
