The PCC Manager and the CATERER representative shall work to positively resolve any <br />service/performance issues that arise. If the issue is not able to be resolved within 30 days, either parry may <br />terminate this agreement with a thirty (30) day written notification. The City may, based on its sole and <br />absolute discretion, terminate the agreement on thirty (30) days written notice to CATERER with <br />CATERER retaining the right to perform any existing contracted business beyond thirty (30) days.
