Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to recommend approval of the request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a changeable copy sign exceeding 30 square feet at 11684 219`h Ave. NW by Albrecht Sign Company on behalf of Chris Stokke of Greenscape Companies, Inc., with the following condition: 1. The sign must comply with the standards set forth in Sec. 30-864(e).
