Planning Commission Page 2 <br />August 23, 2022 <br />----------------------------- <br />Commissioner Rydberg noted concerns regarding the items stored on the property as <br /> viewed by an aerial photo of the property. <br /> <br />4.2 Albrecht Sign Company on behalf of Chris Stokke of Greenscape <br />th <br /> Companies, Inc., 11684 219 Ave. NW <br /> Conditional Use Permit to allow a changeable copy sign exceeding 30 square <br />feet, Case No. CU 22-18 <br /> <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Chair Larson-Vito opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak, Chair <br />Larson-Vito closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to <br />recommend approval of the request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a <br />th <br />changeable copy sign exceeding 30 square feet at 11684 219 Ave. NW by <br />Albrecht Sign Company on behalf of Chris Stokke of Greenscape Companies, <br />Inc., with the following condition: <br />1. The sign must comply with the standards set forth in Sec. 30-864(e). <br /> <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />th <br />4.3 Jeff & Darlene Olson, 14288 212 Ave. NW <br /> Preliminary Plat of Olson Acres, Case No. P 22-08 <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br />Chair Larson-Vito opened the public hearing. Adjust the drainage and utility easement to match the 25’ wetland <br /> setback standard. <br />2. Review trail standards with city staff and incorporate trail easements <br /> within Outlot A as required. <br /> <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br /> <br />4.4 Briggs Companies – Parcel ID# 75-134-2305 <br /> Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development (Jackson Hills Phase <br />II), Case No. CU 22-17 <br /> <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br /> <br /> <br />
