Planning Commission <br />July 26, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />Use Permit at 19054 Waco St. NW with the following conditions to satisfy the <br />standards set forth in Section 30-654: <br />1. The applicant shall receive a private kennel license from the city. <br />2. No more than six (6) animal units shall be allowed outdoors at once. <br />3. The number of animal units shall not exceed eight (8). <br />4. The removal of animal waste shall comply with Section 10-5. <br />5. Feces be cleaned from the property twice weekly. <br />6. No more than two (2) animals per supervisor shall be allowed when <br />dogs are off -site. <br />7. All dog waste shall be cleaned up immediately when dogs are off -site. <br />8. No dogs designated as dangerous or potentially dangerous are allowed <br />to be kept on site, and the keeping of such dog shall be grounds for <br />revocation of the permit. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />5.1 Resolution approving the sale of public property, PID# 75-915-0020 <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. He explained the desire for GATR, the <br />interested party wishing to purchase this parcel, to expand their operations and this <br />will provide flex space for trailer parking while vehicles are being worked on. <br />Moved by Commissioner Keisling and seconded by Commissioner Booth to <br />approve Resolution 22-01 finding the sale of approximately 6.875 acres of the <br />third phase of Natures Edge Business Park to be consistent with the <br />Comprehensive Plan as outlined in the staff report. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />6. Council Liaison Update <br />Councilmember Beyer provided an update to the Planning Commission about recent <br />City Council activities. <br />The Planning Commission recessed into work session at 6:42 p.m. The meeting reopened <br />at 6:42 p.m. <br />7.1 Comprehensive Plan Re -Zoning Guidance — FAST Area <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. He outlined the proposed zoning of the <br />subject properties that are zoned FAST and the necessity to rezone to match their <br />underlying land use. He then outlined the guidance of the Comprehensive Plan of <br />creating new or significantly changing residential zoning district classifications to the <br />following: <br />-Combine R1b, R1c, and R1d into one district <br />-Codify our small lot PUDs into one district <br />N'.-. <br />KWTUREI <br />
