4. PRIME H()LTRS: Prime and �ian-Prime Hours are described as fc�llows: <br />a. Prime Hours: <br />i. .�fter 2:Ol�pm Monday thru Friday, September 1-Ma�� 31. <br />u. SERVICES: PROVIDER agrees tc� pravide a usable ice surface, secure and clean <br />locker facilities, parking facilities and, on the day o� games, FTCenter seating for <br />spectators. In addition, on game dates, �'R(�VIDER shall pro�ide appropriate <br />management, 'Lamboni dri� er{s} and an�� e�eanup f mainten.ance staff required by the <br />L�SER. The USER shall provide ticket seller(s), time/seore keeper(s), penalt�� box <br />attendant(s) and securit�� stafE. All L�SER stafiing of games to be xe�riewed �nd <br />approved b�� the PROVIDEIt. <br />6. TF.�M R(�(�M, (�FFICE SI?ACE AND SALES C7F MEKCH:�NDISE: L?SER will <br />be allc�wed to utilize Locker Room #12 as its resident team roon� for the 2�22-23 <br />hackey season. Team Room locatic�n is delineated on E�hibit l. USER shall be entided <br />tc� exclusi�re use r�f certain locker rooms, as deter��uned b�� PROVIDER, during the <br />t�rnn oE this agreement. In eYchange for exclusi�Te use c�E the assigned locker rooms <br />L?SER agrees m kee� the l�cker rooms in a clean, safe, and sanitar}� condiuon, free of <br />debris, unsight]y conditians, and unreasonable odor. PRC]VIDER shall clean the <br />laeker rooms and bathroc�ms c�n a regular schedule as detertnined by PRCaVIDER. <br />PROV�DER will furnish bathYoc�m tissue and paper tou-els. PROVIDER and UTSFR <br />will conduct a lacker �oom inspection befare and after each hoekey season to e�raluate <br />lacker room physical conditions. I'RCa4'IDER shall ha��e the right to use the lc�cker <br />rooms outside of the hockey season and said events u-il� be coordinated with USER. <br />�.TSER will be respr�nsible for all labar and costs assaciatec� with the installat�on of any <br />improvements or attachments, including player locker stalls vi Locker Room #12. <br />USER shall not install an�� imptc��Tements or attachments without priox written <br />approi�al. At the conciusion of the use of Locker Room #12 by the L?SER, the USER <br />will be respQnsible for all costs and labor to facilitate a full and camplete restaration <br />of Locker Roorn # 12 to its original condiuon. Further, the USER shail be respansible <br />fo� the complete repair c�f any damage ta Locker Room # 12. <br />a.
