Chapter 04 � Master Plan <br />Trail Typology: Hwy 45 alignment <br />OVERVIEW <br />This typology utilizes existing public right of way along Highway 45. The goal of the plan is to maximize <br />use of the historic railroad alignment, however, gaps in public ownership will require alignments to <br />relocate within the public right of way.
