The <br />project will be developed in multiple phases and building designs <br />and layTouts `vould appear like the first phase of Jackson Hills <br />constructed in 2018. <br />Planning Commission <br />T�uo residents spoke during the public hearing and expressed <br />concerns related to traffic, utilities, sight lines, and density. The <br />Commission shared many of these concerns and requested <br />additional information from the applicant. <br />The Commission dela�Ted action until their September 27, 2022, <br />regular meeting.
