The applicant is seeking a CUP to install a <br />monopole monument sign with an 81 square foot changeable copyT <br />portion of the sign. The oveYall sign is appYoxirnately 11'-9" x 12'-4" <br />with the changeable cop�T being around 6'-9" x 12'-0". <br />The commercial business office/yTard is located on parcel 75-110-2400 <br />and the sign is located on parcel 75-789-0010.
