One of the lots will � � <br />include the e�sting home, and the second lot will be available for a <br />single-familyT home. <br />Additionally, the plat dedicates a 66-foot right-of-wayr foY 212`� <br />Avenue NW to the north of both lots, and additional right-of-wayT for <br />Meadowvale Road NW, to the east of the developable lot. Dedication <br />of the right-of-way for 212`i' Ave will not add the Yoad to the cityr <br />maintenance schedule as it has not been maintained by the cityr in the <br />past.
