The estimated costof directionally drilling 12,500 <br />feet oftwelve-inch watermain, adding fire hydrants, valves, traffic control, mobilization, <br />and restoration would be approximately$2,000,000.Thiscost does not include the <br />water main loop along Meadowvale Road. Attached is a drawing of the proposed water <br />mains. <br /> During a scheduled water main shutdown for the rehabilitation project on Proctor <br />th <br />Avenue, two water main valves located in the intersection of 6Street and Proctor <br />Avenue began to leak after being operated.Utilizing theircontractorfor the project,we <br />worked with the County to have thevalves excavated and repaired. The estimated cost <br />for the repairs is $12,100. <br /> The final coats of paint are being applied to Gary Street Water Tower’s interior, the <br />project should be complete on or about August 14. <br />rd <br /> Avenue, which was identified during our leak detection <br /> The water main leak on 183 <br />survey, has been repaired. <br /> Sprint has decided to reinstall their equipment onto Auburn Street Water Tower since <br />all three lease agreements withERMU have been renewed for another 5-yearterm. <br /> The water operators have continued to fix fire hydrants thatwere identified as needing <br />repair during flushing and our leak detection survey.
