Staff has made good progress moving inventory, and nearly all the inventory has
been placed in the new building. There is still quite a bit of tools and equipment to move, but it
appears we are progressing quicker than our projected dates.

RJM Construction has made good progress on the building over the past month, concrete floors
have been sealed in the garage and workshops, final grading has been completed on the north
side of site, HVAC startups have been completed, carpeting installation has begun, and doors
and window treatment installation on the upper level has begun. The stairs on the north side of
the building were repoured on September 7. RJM has inspections with the City of Elk River
Building Official scheduled during the week of September 12 to obtain a Temporary Certificate
of Occupancy for the entire lower level. They are also working through details with the elevator
installer and the installation of handrails for the stairs to finalize the upper level.

The landscaper is mobilizing on September 12 and will be focusing on the north portion of the
site. The elevator installer is on site and typical installation takes 2 weeks. The flooring
contractor is installing epoxy resin in the lower level and will move to the upper level when
complete. The steel erector is on site and working to install the roof over the main entrance.
RJM is projecting that they will be able to install wear course of asphalt for the entire site in
October.

The judge for the steel default lawsuit has taken the case under advisement, and our attorney
has advised it may take up to 90 days for a judgement.
95
