We went to market to fill the <br />position and received 14 applications. We interviewed eight candidates and narrowed the pool to three to meet <br />with again. Following the second interview, background, and reference checks, we recommend Timothy DeBiaso <br />for the position. <br /> <br />Mr. DeBiaso holds an associate degree in heating and a bachelor’s degree in operations management. He has been <br />working in the facility maintenance field since 2014, most recently as the maintenance supervisor at St. Patrick <br />Catholic Church in Oak Grove. <br /> <br />In this Local 49 position, Mr. DeBiaso will start at the first pay step for this position.
