Planning Commission Page 3 <br />July 26, 2022 <br />----------------------------- <br /> -Townhomes and apartments of R4 Townhome Residential and R5 Multi- <br /> Family Residential <br /> -Urban residential will contain twin homes – may require its own district <br /> <br />Mr. Leeseberg explained the reasons for these proposed changes in FAST district <br />was to provide more commonly known zoning districts as the current FAST <br />ordinance is difficult for the public to navigate and understand. It was the consensus <br />of the commission to elevate the FAST district and rezone the area into common <br />zoning districts. It was also the consensus of the Planning Commission to support <br />combining the R1b, R1c, and R1d districts into one zoning district. <br /> <br />7.
