Request for Action <br />To Item Number <br />Ma Tor and CinT Council 4.7 <br />Agenda Section Meeting Date Prepared by <br />Consent Agenda August 15, 2022 Zack Carlton, Communit�r Development Director <br />Item Description Reviewed by <br />Development Agreement The Villas at Fillmore Cal Portner, Citv Administrator <br />Reviewed by <br />Action Requested <br />Approve, byT motion, the Development Agreement for The Villas at Fillmore subdivision. <br />Background/Discussion <br />The City Council reviewed the final plat for The Villas at Fillmore subdivision during their July 18, 2022, Regular <br />Meeting. The conditions of approval require approval of a development agreement prior to beginning <br />construction. Council also discussed a request of the developer to utilize Park Dedication Fees to complete off-site <br />trail connections along FillmoYe. <br />At the direction of Council, staff discussed the trail extension `vith the Park and Recreation Commission during <br />their August 10, 2022, Regular Meeting. The Commission unanimously recommended construction of the trail <br />extensions from The Villas at Fillmore noYth to 179`i� Ave and south to 176�' Lane.
