The conditions of approval require approval of a development agreement prior to beginning <br />construction. Council also discussed a request of the developer to utilize Park Dedication Fees to complete off-site <br />trail connections along FillmoYe. <br />At the direction of Council, staff discussed the trail extension `vith the Park and Recreation Commission during <br />their August 10, 2022, Regular Meeting. The Commission unanimously recommended construction of the trail <br />extensions from The Villas at Fillmore noYth to 179`i� Ave and south to 176�' Lane.
