<br />We understand you would like to develop your property into a residential development. The
<br />property is located to the west of the Elk River Sportsman's Club (shown in Figure 1). The City
<br />of Elk River is concerned about gun noise from the club and is requiring that you provide a noise
<br />study at the property to evaluate the impact of gun noise on the site and compare the results
<br />to the State of Minnesota Shooting Range Protection Act limits. This letter is a summary of the
