Although access spacing is not met, 30 trips per day, which probably do not coincide <br />with the peak hour of these properties as part of the development may not interact do not pose a <br />traffic issue to us. <br />Also as mentioned, if they had been able to work this out with the gun club, our preference would <br />typically be to require a single access.
