Sound Study <br />A condition of preliminaryT plat approval was the final plat could not be approved until the documentation <br />required by State Statute Chapter 87A was reviewed byT cinT staf£ ESI Engineering completed the sound stud�r <br />and the results showed that noise levels did not exceed the Shooting Range Protection Act allowable level of 63 <br />dBA for residential properties. The loudest hour measured was 61 dBA �vhile the 600-y ard rifle range `vas in use, <br />�vhich was 2 dBA below the residential requirement. <br />Counry Road Access <br />A condition of preliminaryT plat approval required Sherburne CountyT approval of the roadway connection to <br />County Road 32. The applicant `vorked �uith the countyT to address this condition and received approval of the <br />drivewayT location after obtaining traffic counts to and from the gun club. The countyT determined that the traffic <br />counts were negligible and due to the unwillingness of the gun club to work with developer, the countyT will allow <br />the two access points. <br />The conditions included foY the approval of the Yesolution foY the Final Plat include a requirement that a <br />Development Agreement be signed.
