<br /> <br />Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION MEETING <br /> <br />TO: <br />ERMU Commission <br />FROM: <br />Theresa Slominski – General Manager <br />MEETING DATE: <br />August 9, 2022 <br />AGENDA ITEM NUMBER: <br />1.4 <br />SUBJECT: <br />Recognition of Employee Longevity – Christy Schallock, 8 years <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Recognize Christy Schallock for 8 years of service and award the Longevity Bonus paycheck. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In September 2021, the Commission approved a Longevity Pay benefit to be paid to qualifying, <br />eligible employees based on their years of service according to the schedule below. <br />8 years $1,550 <br />12 years $2,025 <br />16 years $2,100 <br />20 years $2,125 <br />24 years $2,300 <br />28 years $3,000 <br />32 years $3,000 <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Christy Schallock has been an employee with ERMU since 7/21/2014 and, therefore, has earned <br />the 8-year longevity pay benefit.
