Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember Westgaard to adopt Ordinance 22-16 rezoning certain properties from R-1a to I-2 as the rezoning is consistent with the City of Elk River Land Use Plan adopted as part of the City of Elk River Comprehensive Plan. Moved by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Wagner to adopt Ordinance 22-17 amending Ciry Ordinance Section 30-793, Accessory Buildings. Motion carried 5-0. 8.2 Discussion on Fire Relief Association Mayor Dietz gave an overview of his discussion with the Fire Relief Association.
