My request was approved. I passed on the following information to the Board: <br />the amount would be approximately $150,000 with fifty (50) percent to be paid by the <br />school district, payment to be spread over a five-year time period with annual payment in <br />arrears from the District to the City spread in equal payments, the initial costs to be paid <br />in advance by the City. <br /> <br />I do understand that the cost of the installation and equipment may be fluid at this time <br />and may be more or less depending on you being able to obtain final pricing. If the cost <br />is significantly higher please let me know as soon as you are able to make that <br />determination. Let me know if you need further clarification.
