City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 22-36 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Acknowledging <br />Contributions <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River is grateful to all civic groups, organizations, and <br />individuals for their contributions to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Elk River received a $20,000 donation from The Bank of Elk <br />River with the intent it be used by Parks and Recreation for Riverfront Concert Series 2022. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four -fifths <br />vote, to acknowledge the support and commend The Bank of Elk River for their donation. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />Beyer and duly seconded by Councilmember Westgaard, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof. Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, <br />Westgaard, Beyer, and Wagn, er and the following against: none, whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Manor Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, <br />Westgaard, Beyer, and Walmrand the following absent: none. <br />Passed and adopted this 5' day of July 2022. <br />ATTEST: n <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />u <br />Jr n J.
