The area in question is <br />approximately 7 -8 acres lying east of Tyler Street in the Trott Brook Crossing development. <br />Based upon our review ahd comments received at the staff review meeting, we would offer <br />the following comments: <br /> <br />1. The site is proposed to be divided into ten lots, with Lot 5 being much larger in size and <br />containing the existing homestead. <br /> <br />2. Through the development of Trott Brook Farms South Addition and Trott Brook <br />Crossing Addition adjacent to the VanDen Berg property, the underground utilities <br />(sanitary sewer and water) were installed to service Lots 1 - 6 and all infrastructure <br />including sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer and streets were installed to service Lots 7 - <br />10. <br /> <br />3. Lying directly east of the Van Den Berg property is the City's Hillside Park property. <br />Therefore, there is not an opportunity for VanDen Berg Court to be extended further <br />to the east.
