Multipurpose Facility Advisory Commission Page 2 <br />June 13,2022 <br />----------------------------- <br /> <br />Currently negotiating with the VFW for naming rights of the turf, led by Portner and <br />Wagner and the Senior Activity Center, led by Wagner. <br /> <br /> <br />7. Action Items <br /> <br />7.1 Consider Temporary Locker Room Use – MN Squatch <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Loidolt and seconded by Vice Chair Peterson to <br />approve the use of Locker Room 12 by MN Squatch and allow temporarily <br />locker updates to Locker Room 12. Installation of updates and restoration to <br />its current state is to the responsibility of the MN Squatch. Motion carried 5-1. <br />(Nay vote Matt Westgaard) <br /> <br /> <br />7.2 Appoint Facility Policy Review Work Group <br /> <br />Moved by Commissioner Loidolt and Seconded by Commissioner Matt <br />Westgaard to approve the formation of a Policy Review Work Group including <br />Chair Williams, Vice Chair Peterson, and Commissioners Gulden and <br />Hecker. Motion carries 6-0. <br /> <br />8. Superintendent’s Update <br /> <br /> Superintendent Dalton reviewed recent door hardware issue that trapped a patron in <br />a bathroom. Door was opened by ER Fire tool. Door was damaged, repairs are <br />underway. Staff has experienced several issues with doors equipped with this <br />hardware. <br /> <br /> <br />9.
