A copy of the resolution is attached for your reference. <br />SnL has requested that we contact your office and ask that the City Council grant a one (1) year <br />extension of Resolution 19-37 retroactive to the resolution's termination date of August 20, 2021 so <br />that SnL may complete the recording of the plat and allow the county title examiner to file the <br />Application to Change Title to Property in Sherburne County District Court. <br />Also enclosed herewith is a copy of the plat drawing that was submitted to the City Council in 2019. <br />SnL will be requesting that the drawing be updated to (1) correct the spelling of "SnL", (2) update <br />the Surveyor's Certificate and (3) remove the city attorney's signature block.
