Summary of City Administrator's Performance Evaluation <br />The Elk River City Council conducted a performance review of City <br />Administrator Cal Portner on June 6, 2022. <br />Each council member and each of Cal's direct reports rated Cal on a series of <br />different categories. <br />The City Council in general was pleased with Cal's performance and feel <br />there has been improvement in some areas that were questioned in the last <br />review. <br />Overall the council gave Cal an "Exceeds expectations" rating. <br />
