City of Elk -�-� RiVer City of Elk River City Council Resolution 22- A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Granting Final Plat Approval for Lund Recreational Storage, Case No. P 22-06 WHEREAS, application has been made for final plat approval, pursuant to Section 30-374 of the Elk RiveY City Code of OYdinances, of the pYopeYt�r legally described on attached Exhibit A and hereinafter referred to as "the PropertyT"; and WHEREAS, a final plat of the PropertyTwas approved byT the CityT Council on June 20, 2022. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED b�- the Cit�T Council of the Cit�T of Elk River, Minnesota, as follows: The Cit�r Council makes the following findings of fact: A. The proposed subdivision is consistent with Chapter of 30 of the City- Code of Ordinances and conforms with all of its requirements. B. The proposed subdivision is consistent �vith all applicable general and specialized cityr, county; and Yegional plans including, but not limited to, the CityT's Comprehensive Plan. C. The phyTsical characteristics of the site, including, but not limited to, topographyT, soils, vegetation, susceptibilityT to erosion and siltation, susceptibilityT to flooding, and drainage are suitable for the tyTpe and densityT of development and uses contemplated. � E. � G The proposed subdivision makes adequate provision for water supply, storm drainage, sewage transportation, erosion control and all other services, facilities and improvements otherwise required herein. The proposed subdivision �vill not cause substantial environmental damage. The proposed subdivision �vill not conflict with easements of record or with easements established by judgment of a court. The proposed subdivision will not have an undue or adverse impact on the reasonable development of neighboring land. rowEREo er ��V��
