All parcels are <br />consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. The PUD will not cause undesirable impacts on adjacent <br />lands and land uses. <br />6. A PUD sball l�e se�ved ly a�leguate tTans�oT7ation, aa�atez; sanita�y se2a�er� and dlainage syste�ns. <br />The pYoject area will be seYved by public services and will not adveYselyr impact transportation <br />net��oYks within the aYea. <br />7.
