Site Plan Review Meeting <br />Elk River Municipal Utilities <br />■ What are the power needs and what structures will be serviced? <br />Engineering <br />■ ADA ped ramps are needed across entrance. <br />■ Stormwater requirements of city ordinance and NPDES permit must be met, which are under <br />review. A private maintenance agreement is required to be submitted to the ciry for review and <br />approval. <br />Water Department <br />■ A water service connection was not included in the documents. The City of Elk River design <br />standards for water service installation will need to be followed. <br />■ Fire hydYants may need to be installed. Hydrants shall be spaced so that all portions of the <br />buildings to be protected are within a 250-foot radius of a hydrant.
