There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councimember <br />Wagner to adopt Ordinance No. 22-11 amending Chapter 30, Section 30-803, <br />Animals of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code. Motion carried 4-0. <br />7.5 Ordinance Amendment: Placement of Dumpsters, City of Elk River <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Mayor Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to adopt Ordinance No. 22-12 amending Chapter 46, Section 46-34, <br />Nuisances, of the City of Elk River, Minnesota, City Code. Motion carried 4- <br />0. <br />8.1 Street Light Policy and Utility Pole Agreement <br />Mr. Portner presented the staff report. <br />Councilmember Wagner stated she appreciated the time and effort put into the <br />policy. <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Christianson to approve Agreement 22-19 Street Light Installation and <br />Maintenance Agreement between City of Elk River and Elk River Municipal <br />Utilities.
