7.2c
From: David Olson
Sent: Monday, May 16, 2022 4:47 PM
To: Portner, Cal <Cpgrtn_ r( EIklF iverlMNegov_>; Leeseberg, Chris <CILe s _ r,,@ElkRiverMN. ov>;
hgoodin()envisioncomgany.com
Subject: Public Comment - ERX Motor Park -
To whom it may concern:
As a frequent attendee of ERX events, this venue is an asset to Elk River and Sherburne County. My
family regularly attends ERX events and spends money at ERX as well as the local restaurants, gas
stations, and other businesses in the area each time we come. I'd encourage the Council to approve
ERX's request for the Conditional Use Permit. Additionally, more business and industry growth is
necessary to continue to grow the opportunities we all seek for our local communities. What better way
to provide for your community than with the tax dollars of those coming from out of town? ERX is one
of the few venues that regularly does that.
Respectfully,
David Olson
