Included in this letter are two tickets to the ERX Off -Road National on July 15 and 16. We hope to see you there. Off -Road Track Rental/Practice The off -road track at ERX is available for rentals throughout the week. These rentals are normally from 1 0am-5pm with the occasional one going until 8pm. On a normal year, we do see more rentals prior to our off -road race in July with the heaviest time from May 1—June 30. It is very rare that we will schedule a rental on a Sunday. Most rentals will have between one and three UTV's or Trucks here per day. We are expecting around XX rental days this summer. Corporate Trail Rides The ERX Off -Road Experience is our corporate UTV ride program. Corporate groups of 6-24 come out and have a half day meeting at our facility and then we take them on a guided trail ride through our property. We host between one to two of these events per week from May 1- November 1. ERX Off -Road National Off -road trucks will be battling on our legendary mile -long track once again this summer, July 15-16. . This event runs Thursday, July 14 (practice) through Saturday, July 16th. Racing will take place from approximately 9am-7:30pm each night on the off -road track and there will be house music in the chalet until midnight. Estimated attendance through the weekend is 6,000. This event will have a traffic plan and there will be camping on -site. LIVIN Music Festival The Get Busy LIVIN Music Festival is a charitable event that supports the LIVIN Foundation's mission to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. This is a camping, festival and country music event taking place September 16-17. Friday's concert is expected to draw approximately 250-400 people and will take place from 4pm-11 pm. Saturday's festival starts at 8am and ends with a concert at midnight. Estimated attendance is 1,500. Day of the Dozer Day of the Dozer is a fundraiser we are proud to host supporting Children's Minnesota. The event provides an opportunity to educate families about the construction industry, while giving children the chance to get behind the wheel of heavy equipment with trained operators. This event draws 2,500 people and runs from 8am-5pm on Saturday, September 24. This event will have a traffic plan. The last event at ERX raised XX for Children's MN. Nitro Rall cross and Powersports X o Nitro Rallycross features rallycar racing on our off -road track and draws top drivers from around the world. This event, in conjunction with the Powersports Xpo is back for its second year Friday, September 30 through Sunday October 2. This event will utilize the trails (until IOpm), the off -road track and camping areas. This event will run from 9am-midnight and draw 5,000 through the weekend. This event will have a traffic plan.
