<br />The following graph illustrates the current operations of the Garbage Fund for the past five years.
<br />The Garbage Fund has shown an operating income in each of the last three years presented. In 2021, the
<br />Fund showed an operating income of $149,835. This is an increase in operating income of $28,653 from
<br />2020. The Fund experienced an increase in operating revenue of $86,956 with increased rates, while
<br />sewer operating expenses increased $58,303 due to increased contractual service expenses based on
<br />garbage customer charges.
