The area of land to be included in a PUD shall be in uniform control of the applicant. <br />The applicant will be in control of all parcels prior to recording the CUP and plat. <br />4. A PUD shall be designed to form a desirable unified environment within its proposed boundaries, including uniform <br />design elements, landscaping lighting and signage. <br />The PUD will be designed as one project with uniform design elements throughout the project area. <br />
