This contract enhanced the efficiency of
delivering intergovernmental services between the city and MnDOT.
The attached partnership contract provides a framework for providing services and payment to each other to
respond to such opportunities quickly and efficiently for collaboration, having the ability to write "work orders"
against a master contract such as the one attached provides for speed and flexibility in responding to those needs.
Financial Impact
The Master Partnership Contract contains terms that allow the city to enter into "work order" contracts, which
specify the work to be done, timelines for completion, and compensation to be paid for the specific work. No
direct impact is associated with the approval of this contract.
Mission/Policy/Goal
Meet changing needs - Agile
Attachments
Master Partnership Contract
Resolution
The Elk River Vision
A welcoming community with revolutionary and spirited resourcefulness, exceptional
service, and community engagement that encourages and inspires pi ospei l_ y.
M
TUREJ
Updated.• August 2020
