Should additional labor be required beyond the Scope of Work and authorized by RJM, there will be <br />an additional charge of $98per hour. Price is good for 30 days. Project is to be turned over for final cleaning: 1mobilization; areas that are partially complete <br />may be subject to additional cost. <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL. <br />All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alterations or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only <br /> upon <br />written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. <br />All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. <br />Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workman’s Compensation Insurance. <br />Owner agrees to supply MidwestSpecialty Maintenance with 110-voltpower and water to complete the cleaning process. <br />Payment terms of Net 30 are acceptable.
