The applicant must secure a grading permit prior to beginning work <br />on the site. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />5.2 Steve Hickman — 9875 US Highway 10 <br />■ Zone Change from 1-3 Industrial to C-3 Highway Commercial, Case No. ZC <br />22-03 <br />■ Preliminary Plat of Hickman Addition, Case No. P 22-03 <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Chair Larson -Vito opened the public hearing. <br />There being no one to speak, Chair Larson -Vito closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Booth to <br />recommend approval of the request by Steve Hickman for amending the <br />ordinance changing the zoning for the project area from I-3 General Industrial <br />to C-3 Highway Commercial. <br />Motion carried 7-0. <br />Moved by Commissioner Johnson and seconded by Commissioner Keisling to <br />recommend approval of the Preliminary Plat for Hickman Addition with the <br />following condition: <br />1.
