. � <br />city of <br />Elk -�-1 <br />River <br />City of Elk River <br />City Council <br />Resolution 22-24 <br />A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Elk River Amending the <br />Comprehensive Plan to Change the Land Use from Traditional Single-Family <br />Residential to Mixed Residential <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, ChapteY 462.355, Subdivision 2, pYescribes the pYoceduYe <br />for amending the Comprehensive Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on April 26, 2022, and <br />recommended approval regarding the Comprehensive Plan amendment request for the <br />property described as: Lot 1, Block 1, DICKINSONS ADDITION, SheYburne Countyr, <br />MN, and <br />WHEREAS, the Cit�T Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan amendment request <br />and finds the follo`ving: <br />1. The current use of the site is consistent `vith mixed residential uses. <br />2. The proposed land use is consistent `vith the surrounding land uses. <br />3. The use would not have adverse impacts on the surrounding land uses. <br />4. The proposed changes are in general conformance to the adopted <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED byT the CityT Council of the CityT of Elk <br />River, iVlinnesota, as follows: The Land Use Plan be amended to change the propertyT as <br />described above from Traditional Single-FamilyT Residential to 1�lixed Residential. <br />Passed and adopted this 2�'d day of May 2022. <br />John J.
